West Java - Kamojang Tsani Carbonic Maceration Natural

Our third coffee from Kamojang by Tsani Fakhrezi this year.

This coffee is his carbonic-maceration natural lot, and it's his first time trying to process a carbonic maceration lots.

Interestingly, his CM is very clean. Perhaps one of the cleanest that we ever tried. Perhaps it is because Tsani himself doesnt into funk fermented coffee therefore almost all the coffee that we try from him is a clean-clean cup.

As the result of the CM process, we are tasting more complex acid in the cup. Resulting a yellow-ish cup that will reminds you of a mandarine, soft tropical fruits with a floral finish that is always present from Tsani's coffee.
