During one of our travels last year, Mr. Yolan Tirta reached out to us offering the last 50kg of this amazing coffee. Usually we dont buy coffee that we dont sample before, but knowing his craft and preference, our intuition lead us to source this coffee for you.

After we sample that coffee when it arrives, we are blown away by the quality that we said to Mr. Yolan it is his best coffee that we ever source.

This coffee comes from the Gowa region in Sulawesi. Processed as an anaerobic honey by Mr. Yolan Tirta. In the cup, we are tasting a floral-driven coffee. Citrusy and aromatic!

Expect notes of yellow florals, honey, and apricot!
