Sulawesi - Toraja Pulu Pulu Eran Batu Typica Anaerobic Washed

Coffee from this village never ceases to amaze us every year ever since the first time we buy it.

Coming from a small village called Eran Batu in Tana Toraja, Sulawesi. It's a single variety of Typica processed by one of the most passionate processors we ever meet: Mr. George Gulingi. Together with his team at Inovasi Kopi, they are now focused to process coffee from Tana Toraja and it's neighbouring area.

We could say his coffee are highly sought after due to it's amazing flavour profile. We could say if you dont see the label, you will not notice it's an Indonesian coffee with it's cleanliness and florality.

Unfortunately George doesnt produce much of this coffee with all the technical challenges up there in the mountains. Hence, we are feeling very lucky to get our hands to 20kgs of the greens.
