Every year, we are very excited to release this coffee for you. Ever since our first year of working with Mr. Ainur from Tegar Coffee Farm in Mt. Bromo untill to this year we are constantly tasting an improvement year by year.

After making a huge success with our 180hours hermetic-sealed natural to push the fermentation, this year we are trying to tweak the process by applying a two steps of fermentation before drying it under the sun. First as an anaerobic cherry, and then as an anaerobic mucilage.

And, to our surprise, this process is resulting into a very very intense cup. A complex and fruit driven coffee. Unlike any coffee from Bromo that we tasted before.

In the cup you will have kyoho grapes, tropical fruits, and raisins.
