This year Mekarwangi comes from a new drying location. Still processed by the team at Coffee Pundits.

Every year, we commision several different process to them, and this lot is one of those coffee that we ask them to process special for us.

It's an anaerobic washed, that was fermented using an added yeast (not coferment!) to increase the flavour complexity and mouthfeel of the coffee.

It's a very consistent coffee every year. Notes of raisin, citrus, and hints of white grapes at the back of the palate.

Sometimes, you will miss this kind of coffee. Enjoy!
